heyas! Nice running into ya again on here. Still running around. The avenger has gone to the way side as I'm turning the srt-4 into a street renegade car this year. Don't need multiple race cars sitting at the house It's going out next week for a full buildup and roll cage and all for this next season.

I don't really know if I'm going to get too much into the performance parts department of the cobalt/redlines yet, though I do have a few tricks I wouldn't mind trying on them. We can't have you guys getting handed by neons everywhere ya go :giggle: just playin

that's one of the things I've wanted to look into is the methanol injection on the cobalts/redlines. See what kind of power gains I could pick up on them. Main concern is with it being a roots style blower I don't really have any way to inject AFTER the blower, but it should still show gains with the added methanol to absorb extra heat in the cylinders. I'd like to get my hands on a chevy diagnostic system so I can watch how the ecotec responds to different inputs such as colder air temps, manifold pressure and things like that. Sometimes the stupidest little mods can show large gains .

actually, now that i think about it, pulley/meth injection would probably be a really really stout combo if it works as it should. More boost is going to create more heat from the blower, but will be offset by the methanol absorbing it afterwards.
