Just bought a house!!!!

Just got accepted on a contract for a house. It's pretty small but the best deal in Arizona City right now. It's 1 bedroom but has another big room in the back that can be used as a 2nd bedroom.

The house is in pretty descent shape. But the best thing about it is it was only $65,000. Im pretty excited about it this is mine and my wifes first home.

As long as everything goes smooth we should be moving in on April 30th.

Here is a link to the pictures.

thats a great price for that house. I'm not sure what the average price is in AZ, but I know where I live that same house would probably go for about
130K. The average price for a 3 bedroom here is about 225K, which means I'll have my own house by the time I'm about 35. Being that i'm only 23. . .that sucks

Yea i am only 22 ill be 23 in may. Im going through Country Wide to get a loan.
The average 3bedroom in AZ in my area is about 175k. This was one heck of a deal so I jumped on it.

Also the pictures do not show the Master Bedroom for some reason.

You should see the suburbs out by me... Micheal Jordan has a 'complex' about 20 min East... The advertise great deals for townhouses starting in the low 300's... the townhouses are about the size of a small apartment with a 2nd floor...

Alpha-enjoy the worth of the place while you can, the market in Florida is going to crash shortly.

Sp00ner, the places up in Chicago are nuts! Is Sammy Sosa's 2 condos merged to one still for sale? I think it was 4 or 6 million last time I checked. My brothers live up there and one live on Clark down by the Lincoln Park Zoo and he pays around $900 a month for his convertible apartment. Go about 2 miles north of that though and my other brother lives up there and pays only $550 for a studio.

I love Chicago though! I got my RL at Fields Auto Group up there.

Yeah South Florida is fucking nuts!! My territory covers all the way down to Pt St Lucie and houses have gone through the roof the further south you go. We have stores in Miami and West Palm and they rake in killer money. I would live in a double wide if I lived in Miami.

Congrats Korax! Having a house is great, Home Depot and Loews are your new best friends!

I'm pretty sure I couldn't get an outhouse for 65k in my area...

A house down the street from me sold in the 325k range. This building was considerably smaller than a mobile home. And it's right next to the fire whistle. It's crazy.
