My pc wont defrag!

Help! For some reason my PC wont defrag! When I start the program I get a Blank window labeled disk defragmentor. My pc isnt under warranty anymore either

. What should I do?????

If you have not already done this; Restart your pc, tap F8 key and boot into Safe Mode and try to run disk defragmenter while in Safe Mode

remove hard drive.
20# sledge. problem solved. your hard drive is well... fragged...

from the start menu select start then run and type %temp% in the run box. It will bring up a ton of tempory files that can all be deleted. you should also use the windows hard disk clean up utility to get rid of the junk files before you defrag.
