unless florida is different, or unless you have problems documented from before the certain amount of miles, you can't file lemon law.

do you have one particular problem that keeps on reoccuring? if so what is it?

If it is for the brakes pulsating, it may be a driver issue. If the brakes are being abused there is no chance at getting anything out of them. ALL new cars seem to have an issue with brakes pulsating anyway. Manufacturers are making the rotors thinner and thinner and it doesnt take much to warp them. If this is what the problem is, you might want to try getting rotors from raybestos or bendix that are a lot thicker and will not have this problem.

LMAO superbird! My comany just bought a new company truck and ofcourse they decided on a Ford well its in the shop now 'cause you have to fight the steering to keep it going straight. It pulls left you have to steer right then it pulls right and you got to steer left...its weird...so my boss tested another truck and does the same thing...so the dealer said they won't fix it.

There is a tsb for this problem 05-21-19. They say to replace the rack and pinion if it is built before 8/20/03. It also shows to replace the front rotors with a new design and also replace the calipers with an updated version.
