This Video was shot oof the Coast of Cali Near the Farralon Islands 30 miles from San Francisco and it's a Harbor seal not a dlophin don't let the title throw you but i watched it about 10 times already and i'm still in awe at the power this animal has

I don't think thats it even a seal. These oceanographer guys make "seals" out of neoprene and junk then go trolling with them. All in an effort to get a money shot like this one.
