Upload to a Razr

Anyone know how to download from and upload to a Motorola Razr. Mine has been acting up so I got a new one under warranty. I have the bluetooth software for audio, pics and video but I cant figure out to transfer my games from the old one to the new one.

If you're talking about downloads obtained from your carrier, then they should be able to resend. If you're talking about stuff you have on your comp that you want to trans...well, you mentioned bluetooth. Does you comp have bluetooth, too? If so, pair them & good luck. If not, you'll need a special USB cable. When you plug the phone into the comp, the comp should see it as a memory location. Then it's pretty simple from there.

The problem is the computer recognizes it as a modem. I cant get any programs to recognize it.

You need the Motorola Phone Tools software... I might have a copy around here, if not, it's like $30. Also lets you make your own ring tones, and DL the pics and such.

Yea!! I did it. It takes a lot of work but it is possible to get into the root directories of the phone and download/upload anything.
