Interviewing for IT Desktop Support analyst

Hello everybody

Any one have any tips for me? I'm Going to an interview tommorow for the postion of Pc Support Analyst. Any tips on what to say to classic interview questions. The ones that give me a hard time are always, Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your weaknesses? Why do you want to work here?

My when i applied for my help desk spot it was like 90% when has X event happen to you and what did you do to help the customer.
If your job is going to be dealing with customers expect a lot of questions like when did u take a pissed off person or customer and make them happy and a repeat customer, atleast thats how all my customer service jobs have been like for interviews.
