Mr. Clean AutoDry Carwash

I bought a Mr. Clean AutoDry Carwash today, and boy was it worth the money!! Completely spot-free wash, and my car looks the best it ever has since it was sitting in the showroom. I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a home car washing kit. Save your quarters because it's ten times better than going to the car wash!!...and especially with a black car, spot-free is always good

Really? Been wondering about that set up, do you have city water or well water? I've heard some really good, and really bad things about that set-up.

if you have HARD water it does not matter if it is a spot free detergent/rinse, you will still have spots on the car unless you towel dry it. spot free rinse is the same as if you get "wax" at a car wash, you know like you give them an extra dollar and they put the wax on in the bay the only difference usually isthe spot free rinse is diluted more than the wax. to get the best result use a polymere soap, that will give the car a nice shine

Hell yeah. I've had mine for a week now and my car has never been so clean. Greatest invention ever.

Impala.....

We have VERY hard water here and I get zero spots using the Auto Dry. The thing works.

The best $18 I've spent in a long time. You do have to keep buying the refill cartridges for about $5 because they are only good for three washes but hell, I spend that on one wash at the quarter poppers.

I think I could go either way on the "wash" element, though... I usually found myself saying "why did I spray this crap on if I have to wash it with a brush, anyway?"

But the ionized winse... wooweee!

Right, spraying out soap isn't what makes this thing great, it's the fact that the ionized rinse makes it dry spot-free.

yeah it works awesome. to bad its still crap weather here. but in order for it to have the spot free dry, it pretty much has to be in the sun. i washed my car in the shade one time, and it didnt dry at all.

been using it for about a year now and still no spots to speak of. The soap sucks I use Ajax dish soap works 100x better. But the water here will make spots on grass its so hard. Not a spot in years.
