Angry Picky About Some Things

Wasn't sure where to post this thread, so I'm throwing it in here.

For the first time the other day (I live in a townhouse community so it is near impossible to wash your own car in front of your house. Out back is too many trees...) I did my own waxing of my car.

Am I the only one that notices every little scratch, nick, blemish in her car while cleaning it? It drives me INSANE because I freak out over everything!

Here are links and descriptions to what I'm talking about. I dunno if I'm allowed to post pics. I'm too lazy to resize.

1.) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0707.jpg
So like, what the hell is that in that little crack? Let's look closer:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0698.jpg
OMFnG! Is the paint chipping and peeling off? WTF? Can someone explain to me why this is happening on my brand new only had it for one month now car????

2.) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0699.jpg
Okay, is it just me, or is the ION word and emblem badge crooked? It looks like whoever stuck it on the car, made it even with the line of the trunk, not the line of the bumper.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0700.jpg
Just a closer pic. See? Is it crooked or is it just me?

3.) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0701.jpg
The Saturn bumper sticker isn't in the imprint straight. It's crooked. I hate it. I want to peel it off and put in a new one: MYSELF.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0702.jpg
That's just another angle of it. Looks good far away, but am I being too picky not liking it's crookedness?

4.) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0705.jpg
My Supercharged badge...I wasn't sure how to place it because the word ION is crooked. So my badge looks crooked. I was torn between just doing it how the ION word is, or doing it straight, but either way it looks retarded now.
Closer Look, what do you think?

5.) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...6/IMG_0706.jpg
Just got my windows tinted on Saturday. I went with the 20% all around and including the windshield visor.

My new windshield sticker!!!

I got these stickers but as an afterthought didn't want to put them on. But my 7 year old CRIED because I wouldn't so I did to shut him up. They won't be there long. Heh. I hate the way they look.

8.) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...2006/JoAnn.jpg
Here's me! Hi Everyone!

One more thing: in the mornings, it's not that cold out anymore, but when I start out driving, my car acts like it doesn't want to move! It's fine after a little while, but it's annoying as hell and makes me wonder if there is something "wrong" with my car.

Also, anyone live in Maryland, in the Baltimore Area by chance? I need some RedLine friends...hubby knows about cars, but not enough to do any of the modifications himself, and, I love him dearly, but hubby cannot drive a stick (part of the reason why I wanted the car: so he can't drive it!)

Yeah..I have a small chip on my front bumper that's been there since day one..I learned to live with it and hardly even notice unless I really look for it. How do you like the competition package?

If it's only a month old, that peeling paint should be covered. I'd get that fixed ASAP.

Okay, Will do. It's just odd. There is no damage, are the cars painted before they piece them together? Or afterwards. Do you know?

welcome to the family, the RL looks good, but I too am picky about imperfections. Some of my interior is messed up. Some cane that way and some I did all by my lonesome

And feel free to send me a friend request on myspace, the link is in my sig. And you should check out some of the redline groups on there.
