can anyone run a vin for me??

i need to run the vin on a car to see who is listed as the owner anyone have this service?? please let me know. thanks so much

i'll be curious to see if anyone responds, theoretically very very very very very few people should have that ability, and if they do they probably work higher up for a DMV or for rather high up GM. I could be wrong but I'd imagine that'd be a MAJOR breech for security to allow that access. I'm sure you could find the location, but getting the name, ehhh.

A lot of DMVs will run a VIN/tag for a small fee. Vehicle registrations are typically a matter of public record.

you sure that they'll return an actual full name?. i definitely could be wrong, but I've always been told it's a little more secure than that

I don't know the full extent of what's on there. I only know that I had to call Maryland's DMV to make my information private. It pissed me off to no end.

this is one of the "extra" 300z's i bought a few years back and i just didnt remember if i ever re-titled it. someone wanted to buy it and i need to go get a title but i can only get one through the fast title if i was previous owner listed thats all... i have a friend (state trooper) that took care of it for me.. no sweat. and yeah it was mine lol
