SRT-4 Suprise?

My buddy just picked up his new SRT-4 from a dealership 5 hrs. away this weekend. He stopped by yesterday and let me drive it. Not what i expected. I that these things were supposed to be blistering fast. They don't "feel" as peppy as our cars. they also redline at 6 grand, but every video ive ever seen shows our cars getting pulled hard.I haven't ran him yet but im going to. just for kicks. you have to shift out of second at 58 mph i can pull around 65 if i shift just right. Plus after shifting each gear it takes the turbo a second or two catch back up. Can they really take us that bad?

I saw Pclear race one on the highway and it was only a 2-3 car length loss. Not the bus lengths that a lot of people say it is. The SRT zealots say they can run as good as 13.6 in stock trim, I've never seen it but who knows........

dude ive raced a few of them ive beaten them and lost to them I think it depends on whos driving and the mods you got. but as far as stock vs stock there definatly faster then us. but they also have a .4 lieter advantage on us. please believe that makes a world of difference. if we had that extra .4 lieter with our blower they would be no match. even a srt owner who actually has an idea of whats going on will tell you that. no offence to any srt 4 owner its just that there are alot of young guys outh there who think their turbo neons are ferrari's

I've heard the reason they used the 2.0 liter on our cars is that the2.4 and 2.2 won't take the boost.
