BTW when I wrote Bezel, I meant the part surrounding the digital display, not the ring on the outside...

I have my boost gauge set so that when Im boosting normal the needle is 90 degrees. That pic is from when I had my 2.9", you should see my gauge now. Its so crooked it looks like im retarded.

I'm kinda in the same situation here. I wanted to match the stock gauges, but I don't think I wanna spend an extra $10 or $20 (think it's $10 per silver bezel) to get the silver bezels, and I also don't like how much light the white gauge face lets out. I'm just wondering if someone with the black face can post a pic with it on at night, so I can see if it's any better letting the light through.

I am going with a silver bezel (ring), white face with black text on a white LCD. That will match the factory instruments spot on

I'm a black gauge person myself. Check these pics out:

Personally i think the black/white displays look awesome you have to see it in person to really appreciate it. And don't forget the display colors do invert white letters can be black and black letters can be white if that makes sense.
