those that like to cook meat

i have a nice very large new york steak that i want to cook and i dont know how to cook new york steaks ... hell i can cook a very very nice steak but i didnt know how others might cook theirs and i want this one to come out great .... any ideas ... i perfer to BBQ but anything is great

Marinade and cook on grill. Once it has reached the desired temperature. Remove the steak. Cut...and Serve.

hahahahaha no kidding ass .... i was wondering about the marinade usage ... ya know what people use ... i like to take a lot of different seasonings and mix and just wing it .... and out of prob ~ 20 steaks in the last couple years i would say only 2 came out bad .... one i got drunk and forgot they were on there and burnt them to hell .... and the other i over seasoned with .... well just a little too much of everything ..... just seeing how people like their meat

I bought the Emeril Lagassi steak marinade the other day. Very good and the steak was not by any means dry. The flavor is nice and sweet. Also, the grill maates seasoning rub is very good. I prefer the spicier one for added flavor.

Jalepeno Peppers and Budwiser is an amazing marinade.
