If you're ANY kind of a fan, you know the SOG stat is bogus...it comes down to quality scoring chances, more than anything...and THOSE #s were A LOT closer than the SOG stat.

That game was a "who will blink first" affair all the way until the end, both teams held to their gameplan remarkably well. SOG is a pretty bogus stat although it may show more offensive zone time if anything.

OMG I have a shot at my dream final matchup WINGS/SABRES!!!

Or you could just convince your broadcast station to show you "Time in Offensive Zone".. granted mine doesn't even show me that stat...lol

Yeah your right why the hell don't they track that?

Does hockey night in Canada do that?

I still can't get over what a difference Holmstrom makes on the Wings hope he stays healthy!!!

Kinda, they have the stat just usually never say it and almost never show it.
