I just applied for the loan today man..geesh. It is ready to be moved into so as quick as they could process it there's pretty much no wait.

I'll know what they say tomorrow hopefully..if I don't get it I'll just work on improving my standings a bit more.. I should be good though considering I'm a first time buyer.
