I spent a little time editing it, adding a score, and subtitles. From the description:

"Greg is our neighbor. Greg is insane. He yells, a lot. He's yelled, a lot, for the past eight months. The cops have visited, a lot. He has no concept of his surroundings. He has a girlfriend, who he yells at, a lot, and a pitbull, who he yells at, a lot. He also yells at his girlfriend's daughter, a lot, which is sad and makes many of our neighbors angry. And he rages at clouds and airplanes too, I suppose. And rocks and #2 pencils and water and oxygen. Therefore he is now starring on YouTube. Enjoy Part I, there will be more to follow."

Dude I've been hearing that through closed windows for months. He doesn't need a hug. He needs a move.

He CAN communicate with people. He does so by yelling. Everything. He's yelled at me about the weather and sports teams and whatnot.

I feel horrible for his gf's daughter. She's sweet, maybe 11. Has to deal w/ that. It's horrible -- no one can say anything because the guy WOULD flip at any time.

And apparently I'm a "playa" cause my car is "pimp."

Dude that was 2 mins and 30 seconds I randomly caught. It's gone on for HOURS some days. I'm taping as much as I can now.

Sad thing is, we all want to intervene. But we don't know if he'd hurt anyone.

Cops are there w/ in 5 mins if we call. Child Youth Services knows, too.

The dude is just plain crazy. Like...if you talk to him one-on-one, you feel bad. Then you see how he treats them. And realize SHE puts up with it. Only reason I can make a joke is, I've heard hours and hours and hours of this, and they're drama llamas.

Yes. I believe he would be clinically insane. In some fashion. Hear how he yells? That's a touch louder than his normal "outdoor" voice. He was asking me questions about my car, and praising it, in that voice. So bizarre, so sad.
