It started this morning at work. I even felt it slowly starting, it really got going while watching last nights episode of Life after I got home(good show btw). Fu*kin OWWWWWWW!!!!!!!

Do you take anything to try to prevent the gout?

Other than trying to eat right, no. I figured out that when I have too much of something like I did the past week it comes.

I started using this a few years ago: Uricinex- Support Healthy Uric Acid Naturally and Strengthen Joint and Foot Mobility

They help reduce the uric acid stored in your body. Since I started using them I have been able to bend my left big toe significantly more than before. And my feet are significantly less painful than they were.

I have had 1 attach since I started using these products. I think it was triggered by squatting down with my weight on my toes. I was helping my neighbor remove a transmission and had to be in that position due to helping. That position seems to really hurt my feet. What you eat & drink matters also. Beer and hops are real bad.
