Street racers OWNED!

This is crazy!

Quote:
Miami Troopers recently set up one of the largest street racing stings in Florida's history. Over 70 Troopers and 30 Miami-Dade Police Officers swarmed in on a large crowd of illegal street racers on U.S. 27 in Miami-Dade County. Troopers arrested 197 people-27 of those were charged with racing on the highway. Forty-one juveniles and 129 adults were charged with unlawful assembly. Troopers also had 54 vehicles towed away
Heres the whole story;

Just another reason (as if you need one in the first place) to keep it on the track.

I avoided something similar to that out in Ontario, California. Me and my friends were getting ready to watch the races and we drove our cars behind this big industrial building. We usually park back there and walk out to the street to watch the races. If any shit goes down we run back to our cars and kick back until it all blows over. We drove behind the building and all we saw was a sea of police cars, police suburbans, and tow trucks so we just got the hell out of there. It was ridiculous how many cops were around for this sting. I'm not sure of the total numbers that were towed and arrested but it had to have been huge. Anyway that's my story.

Hahaha. Thats so funny, its even better as they call it "The Fast and the Furious" on the site and that is what the whole movie was about, 1 giant sting operation...lol. Oh the irony.

That is some crazy shit. I'm glad I don't go to watch the races. My old car would have been targeted anywhere within a 5 mile raduis of that place. Sucks for those people.

yea it would of, you could hear the exhaust on that car from down the road and the subs from a few blocks away, so you would of been screwed.
