oh lol, never mind. Cook Out as in fast food restaurant- they're the shit but few and far between. I did see something about the possible cookout however that you're referring to

Dont put yourself in the position to have to go to work hungover. That is the WORST fucking feeling ever... but if MUST drink the night before..

Before you go to bed, Down half a bottle of Pedialight (it's a electrolight drink for dehyrdated babies or sick children shitting their brains out.) It tastes like ass, even the flavored kind so plug your nose if you need to. Take a multivitamin and ONE motrin.

When you wake up, You'll probably feel about a 5 out of 10 on the hangover level. Drink one of the larger bottles of G2 (DONT drink a big ass thing of regular Gatorade. That shit should be illegal it has so much sugar in it). Take an ASPRIN if your head is still throbbing. The motrin from the night before is still punishing your liver, along with all the booze, so Asprin will give it a bit of a break. After all of this take a hot shower and have a large Dunkin D's black coffee and you'll be ready to rock.


BUT.

If your in the DOOMSDAY scenario... You know, when you have to be at work at 10 am but you didnt stop drinking till 6 am. Go RIGHT to bed, then when you wake up immediately take Excedrin Migraine! The massive dose of Caffiene in it will wake you up (and sober you up) and the asprin will Dull the knife sticking in your forehead.

Remember your body is using all of it nutrients to flush the booze out of your system. Be sure to get some fluids and more importantly a multi-vitamin in your body. These were all my "cures," from my younger days. Now I just have a Bodingtons after work and just deal with the hangovers on my off days if I get wild :-)

Ive done pedialite and gatorade, they do their jobs. I still prefer revive from Vitamin water. =)

I usually stop and get a Gatorade on my way home. My girlfriend asked me the next day if i had a hang over and i said no. she said omg you were trashed. I even slipped down and hit my head on the front of her car lol. stopped at a store on the way home and downed a Gatorade and crashed.. No hang over.

i got fucked up at a slayer show in vegas a few yrs ago... downed a sobe and had some drunken sex and the next morning i woulda never thought i was drinking at all the night before

Everything that has been listed to prevent hangovers does not help me one bit. I am so hung-over right now I can barely sit here and type. I'd like to find out why alcohol is so hard on my the next day. I can barely function and type this post right now. fatique is a bitch. Any new hang over ideas I can try?

get you stomach pumped to get that shit out of your system. You are extremely dehydrated and need to replenish after you get it out of you. Thus why greasy food is good because it rips and tears that stuff out of the body.
