Nothing, unless you're a tard. Really, it's only a "facebook worm" because that's how it's distributed. It could be (and probably has been) sent around via email long before facebook.
Short version:
Infected person sends a facebook message saying "hey look at my video here lulz" to victim. As far as I can guess this is automated, much like email viruses.
Victim, wanting to see the video, clicks the random link, which takes them to some random page that tells them they need to install some software to watch the video. The victim, being retarded and not following EVERY ANTI-VIRUS RECOMMENDATION EVER, installs the software, which is a virus.
In summary - if you're not a total fucking idiot and know ANYTHING about viruses and how to avoid them, you'll be just fine.
If on the other hand, you're a tard that has never been told not to download random software, you get what you deserve. BECAUSE YOU'RE A TARD.
Seriously, I have so much hate for people who are idiotic and get viruses, then blame the website that simply carried the message. Maybe if you had realized that Facebook has it's own in-page video player (along with youtube and google videos) you would have realized it was a virus and closed the window! This problem could also be easily avoided with any up to date anti-virus software that was created, you know, within the past 10 years.
