So for some time now my chest has been feeling tight and i can crack my sternum or it pops when i sneeze, stretch, roll my arms around my body, oull tight or do pushups, etc. I was searching and theres Costochondritis
is what i came out with. Sounds similar and they said its normal on teen 10-21 and more common on 12-14 yr olds. But JW if anybody else experiences this symtoms?

I think it's happened to me a couple of times. Your sternum (or breastbone for others) is connected to your ribs by cartilage. It makes since for people around those ages because your shoulders are widening as you mature, and stretching it out with those activities may move it some.

Ya its not a big deal to me only happens when i stretch, cough, sneeze and stuff. Not all the time ill get it looked at when im at the doctor for something more serious like STD, broken bone, etc, lol. jk about the STD part tho, "IM GOOD TO GO".
yeah ive had it, sometimes it causes like shortness of breath like it hurts to breathe like deep. idk no big deal to me i just like lay down and it goes away, but it hasent happened in a while, im 19 btw.
it means youre turning ghey. jk. it used to happen to me when i was in my early 20s like a couple times a day, i thought it felt good. it hurt worse when it felt like it should crack but i couldnt get it to. now im 29 and it doesnt really happen anymore.
