Grooossss....you mixed Ram pieces? I've always stayed clear of that with a big NO NO! Many of my experiences with computer problems have been because of RAM, and I've always been told by computer stores not to mix.
Either stick with multiple sticks of the Corsair or multiples of Crutial (sp?). As long as it's the same brand model, you can mix & match different memory amounts (2 pieces of Corsair XXX-XXX 256mb with Corsair XXX-XXX 512mb to make 1 gb) and be fine. Keep that in mind if you ever have any problems with the way your computer runs....take out one of the RAM pieces first.
