Ebayer's beware of this seller

Long story with this guy. I purchased a trunk kit from him for $28. Turns out it was $2 worth of hardware. 2 hindges and 6 self tap screws. Apparently it is made specifically for my trunk but coinsidentally it is also specifically made for my closet doors. Exact same hindges. SO I am not surprised that they did not work.

So I decide I want a refund in accorance with his 100% satisfaction garauntee. So after repeated attempts to contact the seller he would not return my emails until I threatened to make a formal complaint. He told me he would refund if I send him the parts back and left a positive feedback. This I will repeat. I have to send him the parts back first and then I am required to leave positive feedback and then he will be obliged to refund me. That is bull shit in my opinion. He had one of his lackeys email me and told me that they would refund half up front after I leave a positive feedback. Then I can ship the parts back and he will refund the rest.

Durring all of this his emails did not have one punctuation mark nor did he capitalize the first letter of any sentence. all the emails I had were incredibly unprofessional. The last one they sent said "have a nice day, a nice life, don't do drugs, and don't eat yellow snow". And I am insulting and rude for pointing out that this is no way to treat a customer. And no way to communicate in a bussinesslike fashion.

Anyway beware of vmautoparts. or miami pc doctor. Here is a like to his parts

I think I'd swallow the $28, report his ass, and leave VERY negative feedback. Did you use paypal?

Well that is new. He now has a buy it now option for the same part at $13.
Here are the exact emails. Can anyone point out why these look like a bussiness run by 2 16 year olds.

This is his 1st email:

send back with your paypal account name and EXACT DATE PAID and name as in your name not your email :-) and ill refund thanks :-) im sorry for all of this confusion.
> -chris

Second email:

hello! well i havent been dealing with you prior to
this. my name is victor and i want to help you out. ok
i see you are requesting a refund. no problem :-) e
gladly give out refunds here. whatever makes the
customer happy and also help our feedback. i dont know
why you have been sending emails and no one has
explained the return policy to you. i will do so now.
to offer refund you would need to send item back with
all of your information in it. once item is sent back
we will require you to leave poitive feedback and once
done we will offer you your refund via paypal. HOWEVER
how you have been through enough in my opinion i will
refund full purchase price of the item to you. what i
do need is the exact date paid an the name (not email)
on the paypal account. once i recieve that information
i will go ahead and refund you as you requested. I
apoligize for this inconvinience and were sorry you
werent happy with the item and especially dealing with
this frustration. id appreciate if you return the item
to me and especially the positive feedback would be
appreciated. thanks alot and please feel free to
contact me. you can put attn. victor in the subject
and it will be fwd to my email folder. thanks alot and
have a good one. i look fwd to helping you out in
this.
sincerly,

victor urroz

Made a complaint. Waiting for pay pal to issue it's decision. Then I am reporting him to the BBB. And since I am not at work for the next few weeks and have the money, I may make a small claims case out of just to put icing on the cake.

No my ebay name is the same as it is on here.

wow, well chris refused to help you because you were
rude. and i felt bad so i decided to give it a try.
now i see why he is such a jerk with everyone. im not
going to be a jerk with you but what i am going to do
is re tell you our return policy very clearly.

1.ship back to us
2.leave potive feedback
3. email us exact date paid and name on paypal account
4. we refund your money

please, we get hundreds of emails a day. thats the
return policy. if for whatever reason you dont agree,
im sorry. have yourself a great day. a great life, and
we will deal with you in 3rd party with paypal or
ebay. please dont email us again making fun of me. all
i wanted to do was help, but some people are
impossible. you being one of them. im sorry i was
hoping we could have worked this out but i dont like
being insulted so have a nice day. be safe, dont do
drugs and dont eat yellow snow

No offense dipolley, but if your gonna bitch about someones spelling, make sure yours is 100% otherwise it makes ya look foolish. :P

Everything else though I agree with you, that business is a disgrace to ebay and should be removed from as so, perhaps even society.

I may mispell a word or two. I at least know that you end a sentence with a period and start the next by capitalizing the letter of the first word. And when I write letters to customers, I don't use smileys. :-)

Comapred to these guys, I don't think I could look foolish.
