Bike or Car?

Huge quandry...Bike or Car? Recently I've had a revelation and really long to have a bike. They are extremely fast without doing anything to them and will probably always be faster than my Redline. I could buy a Katana 600 metioned in another post or I can buy TOG headers and the PSI-FI kit which would hopefully make my car a low 13 second car. However 13 seconds is nothing compared to the low 12's of even a small Suzuki 600. I'm stuck. Anyone have any advice?

I will challenge your zx10. Are you recovered? zx10 may be the most powerful but I will take a challenge.

yah i know, i'm well aware that ill drop it once or twice, maybe even fall while moving. But it's used, 18 k miles, it was used as a beginner bike once before and it has a couple of scratches on it and dents. It's a 1998.

if u have never ridden before i would reccomend a 01 R6... excellent learn'er bikes for guys. but respect the bike because there pretty peppy. then once u become more experienced move up to a either a 03-04 gixxer or R6, then once you become really experienced move up to a 1000 series. Ive found that a lot of people want to jump the gun and go straight for the 1000 series or a new 600 and end up laying them down and wonder why. But any bike you get you are taking the risk of laying down wether is conditions of road or the idiots on the road who do not respect bike riders. You just have to be careful.

well thats my advice to ya... best of luck
