Hi-Res photos of New Orleans

http://hosted.ap.org/specials/intera...ite/index.html

For those of you know know the city well, you can check to see which houses are underwater. For those of you who don't, still pretty interesting to see what it looks like. This was taken on Aug 31 at 10:00. Remember, the water was still rising at this point.

You have to remember that this is while the water was still rising. The Mark Morial Rivercenter (or whatever they call it, it's been awhile) is still above ground in this picture. The water rose for a good while after this and got a lot worse.

Jesus that's even worse seeing it that way. Same sat photo from early Wed, so water was still rising. I am going home on Monday if they let us in, so I'll have some first hand photos for everyone.
