I couldn't be happier with the Seahawks acquisition of Matt Flynn.
I think he'll be a great qb for us for years to come; he's smart and he's accurate with the ball.
We got him for a good price and best of all, we got a qb without having to give up a draft pick.

How do steeler fans feel about that? We have a simular situation going on with Donald Driver right now. He will be in the Packer Hall of Fame but his skills have diminished over the past few years. He will either re-negotiate his current contract or get cut by the team. Even if the price is right, it will be hard for him to find a spot on the team. We have 3 great WRs and two young guys on the rise. I don't see the Packers activating 6 WRs a game...

Flynn should do fine in Seattle. He is all the things you mentioned. Will he become an Elite QB? IDK. But he will take care of the ball and make good throws. His arm strength has greatly improved in the last two years. I wish him the best.

Lions signed Megatron long term and cleared up some cap space. They still have major deficiencies in their secondary and OL.
