How's the project Trans Am going?

You mean my Camaro? Not nearly as well as it should be. I have a '77 Vette, that should have been finished and sold by now, and the profits from that would finish the Camaro. The moron guy that I went in on with the Vette, totally fell through on his end of the deal. At this point, my GF is thinking of buying his half, or another of my best friends, and finishing it finally. I was paying 1/2 payments on it for the last 2 years, so my funds were pretty limited.

It's actually just in need of a clutch, and the fuel delivery system, although at this point the engine has been sitting for so long I'm terrified to pop it open to check it. I tried to seal up everything as tight as possible, and as of June nothing had any rust on anything. So hopefully it's in good shape when I need it. However, with the new job and income boost, the plans for the car have changed somewhat. I'm thinking it needs a blower. Or something like that. The whole engine is ready, minus the fuel delivery system, and the tranny is all set, it just needs the clutch setup dropped in. I've also learned alot about computer controlled engines recently, and might just go that route with it too.

So long story short.... it's a work in progress... sigh...

Camero Trans Am same thing. Sorry to hear. I remember you saying that'll be screaming at 7000 rpms, should be pretty wicked, get some vid when you get it running

My best hope is to have it running sometime in the early spring. I just have to lay off the Saturn parts...

Hehe... The other two cars I have are so much cheaper and easier to mod, but the Satty is like a challenge at this point. Lots of people can make a Camaro and an old Vette fast, but the Saturn?
