I have some punk friends at work that have told me they've done that before and even though its funny it's still really messed up. They've told me about that one and tossing bouncy balls in the middle of intersections.

Small rural town..... Population 8,000.... Single lane dirt roads intersect in a remote corner of the town... Four wooden stop signs.... Bouncy ball rolls into intersection, SNAP!!!! Ten million cars suddenly stack on top of each other.
