I doubt they are going to help do anything being they are ademantly (sp?) denying having any part in this build in the first place.

I think I already did and I didn't even get a header. Look in the other thread. I found 3 Kenneth Pucketts in Cali.

It's all public information and I've used no private sources or national database access.

(gotta keep my license)

According to ydtrack, Ken Puckett doesn't live in Cali. He lives in Lake Hasuva, AZ I believe. It's in one of the other threads as well.

Any recent info about TOG's phone number, contact info, etc? Yesterday I got my POS header with bad welds, no gaskets, bad finish that I paid $420 (could have gone to pay other stuff) and I can't contact anyone in that company to complain about this or get my money back. In order to get my money back on my CC I need to contact the seller which I can't seem to get a hold of or attempt to ship it back which I don't know if I should since I don't know if this company even exist anymore. Anyone in this forum with some inside info please help or maybe one of the forum moderators or ekool or whomever get involved in this please. All of us in this group buy did not waited what seem like forever and paid $420 for this faulty product. What a scam! Lets find a way all a way to get our money back.
