Jon no longer works for TOG

Jon's hours had been cut and he wasn't able to provide his normal customer service level during the Cobalt / Ion header build. Jon has now parted ways with the owner of The Other Guys and can no longer help anyone.

The builder for TOG screwed them over AGAIN so here is their contact info.

So what kind of recourse do we have now that 40 people are gettin a product no where NEAR the level expected from TOG. From everything we've heard, they were top notch. Now our personal experience has proved wrong. Which company are we supposed to deal with to fix it? I see you posted Hot Shot's info, do you have TOG's as well like you did before? Cuz that's what we need. It's not our job to yell at the guys who built it FOR TOG, that's their job.

Who in the hell are you? I have been wondering about this for awhile now. Call the production house FOR TOG.. You have got to be out of your fucking mind! That is about the lamest shit that I have heard of in a while. TOG is the one that made the promise, TOG is the one that has my money, TOG is the one that shipped this piece of shit to me, not Hotshot Performance and RGS Enterprises. Who in the hell do you think you are trying to get people that paid TOG to pressure TOG's supplier? I am beginning to wonder if your name is not Ken Puckett with all the mis direction that you have been shoveling around here the last month or so.

I don' think so, not at least from my end. Used the most customer friendly CC that I had and since they are in California, there are a couple of more ways to deal with them. I was not in on ScDyne stuff, so I have no dog in that hunt.

I was part of the scdyne thing and I got a header and it added power. But when TOG joined up all the guys thought the headers were gonna be perfect and gold. Look what they got bad welds, no gaskets, and 3 new bolts? Crazy talk I say. This will turn ugly real quick I know it.

They did deliver a product, albeit late, and I am happy about that at least...

If the company can come forward and fix the problems, I'll be happy as hell...

I mean, OBVIOUSLY somebody is hard at work at TOG, wherever, and WHOEVER is there now.... Someone had to pack all these headers into boxes and ship them all out.

I would personally like to find out just where TOG is now, and a good contact number for Ken Puckett directly... He will be the man I hold accountable for this abomination, and he better damn well fix it...

I am a personal friend of Jon's and did install work for him part-time.

I provided that contact info for RGS / Hotshot, which was sent to me from Jon, as they MIGHT be able to help you find the owner of TOG, Ken Puckett.
