Im originaly from bellingham washington and seriously, if i dont get to go back within the next year or two... im going to lose it.

Colorado sucks balls, it's dry, dead, cold as fuck and boring as hell here, there's no greenery, there's no water, no lakes, no rivers, no waterfalls, no rainforests, and to top it off... it snows all through winter, all throgh spring and last year we even had snow in june...

yeah but its $8.07 in washington. washington also pays the highest minimum wage in the nation.

the cost of living where you're at prolly isnt that bad either, a house that costs $200,000 here is prolly only worth $120,000-$130,000 anywhere else...

for fucks sake, a 2 bedroom apartment on the ghetto side of town runs for $650 a month.

trust me, it sucks here... oh yeah, and theres no work either.

yeah, im in the market for a house but 180k is a little out of my price range...

the housing market is crap here now so it makes it a buyers market, so as of now houses are priced for what they should be priced at, well... maybe not but they are cheaper than normal... i could buy a 2000+ sf home in bellingham for $150,000, here... a $150,000 home built in 1970 is priced right around if not over $200,000... it's because we live in a fucking military town and everything is priced sky high.
