looking for a company to port a TB

someone sold me a good throttle body for $30 shipped the other day (why so cheap, i don't know... nor do i care) anyways it came in today and i would like to find a company to ship it to to see what they can do with porting them. i've never really been big into aftermarket TB's, so i'm looking for the name of a good company i can contact. i know sms does the one that's like 3mm bigger, but they use the same type of valve as the stock one. i've seen some billet tb's before that the plate flows smoothly over the bar it's mounted to, for smoother airflow, if you know what i'm talking about, do you know who does that?

Invest in a die grinder & burr's and learn how to do your own blending/mods like this. It'll save you big $$$ over the years. Leave the head ports to the pro's unless you want to learn yourself which you can do, but may scrap a few parts over the years until you learn what works and what doesn't.

Without seeing that TB in my hands, I could suggest that there may be screw heads to blend down a bit and maybe screws hanging out past the shaft/plate that could be carved down flush with the shaft. I also did some knife edging many years ago with some Chrysler 52mm TB's that we ran on the mod Turbo II motors. Gotta remember that the plate must seal tight when closed like it does stock. make darn sure the screws would never come loose. Maybe take another TB and pull the screws out to see if they have red loctite on them from the factory. Most likely but need to know that for piece of mind. Blowers are not cheep as everyone already knows.

Hope this may help you and also that someone else can chime in & give you some info too.
