The SRT's use those general ranges of injectors, but I'm not sure on the harness and such...

I have a large book with misc injector sizes, companies, and things of that nature, I'll try and remember to post up a list of those general sizes.

I think larger injectors will be coming back soon, even with the kits and such...

I just want the info because i'm getting ready if the Stage 1 doesnt fix my lean issues. Plus it would be good info to have when HPtuners comes out and we can tune for bigger injectors...

I know a lot of us are going to exceed the 42.5lbs injectors quick. Gm3Saturn stated that with his 42.5lbs injectors and about 260whp, it is not enough to go any furthur..

anyone know what the capacity of our stock fuel pump is? just wondering if maybe that might be an issue? maybe our pumps are maxed? not up to handling the pressures we might need?

Question

What are these other cars that these 42.5lb injectors are coming off of with the exact connector as the RL? Not worth getting bent over some jacked up priced injectors when a guy could go shopping in the junkyard for them.

Thanks much,

Mike
soon to have me a RED comp '06...

Another good question. For the Stage Kits, we're stuck with the GM ones, cause they're part of the kit. For larger ones, this is a good queston...

I don't think it would be maxed yet, but we need some facts to discount that. At some point it will be getting close to max capacity...

Ok... I'm not sure how complete this list is in my book, but a few things.

I don't see a Lucas 42.5 lb/hr injector anywhere. I see a 42.3 lb/hr Lucas #5208009, rated at 86.2 hp/injector.

The only 42.5 ones I see are Bosch R 0-280-410-144, rated at 86.8 hp/injector.

Are these the injectors from the stage kit and the Intense kit respectively? Can anyone confirm that for me?

As far as going up in size, in my book:

42.8, 47.1, and 49.3, all by Bosch. Handling 87.4, 96.0, and 100.6 hp/injector.
52.0 from Lucas, rated for 106.1 hp/injector.

I know there's larger, but that's all I have listed in here. No comments about what connector is required for them.

Man are you running straight for problems.. If you have the HPtuner setup then you can work it out but man, that is going to drive the ECM nuts before you can tinker with the maps. Stage kit or not.....

Mark

Oh I know Mark, I'm not planning on running those huge injectors without air fuel management.
