Larger Idler Pulley Question

Has anyone put this on yet? I have the Intense Stage 3 and haven't gotten around to installing it yet, but will obviously need to before going to the track on Thursday.

Does anyone know how easy or straightforward this is? Its not a pain in the @$$ like the s/c pulley is it?

If anyone has done this yet I would highly appreciate the input. Also, how long did it take you and what tools did you find useful.

It is really straight forward. You have to remove the belt, pop a little black cover off the stock pulley, and then take out one bolt with a torx T-50 bit.

How long did it take you to grind down the tensior and what did you use? You think a basic metal file would even do the job?

I didn't have to grind down the tensioner.

Really? Which size pulleys do you have on there? I'm positive its the 3" idler pulley of course...what about the s/c? On Intense's site it shows it being grinded down a little bit.
