Pcm Flash!!! Update From Intense!

Scott Cook from Intense just emailed me this morning saying that he may have Beta software as early as next week! WTF!! WOO HOO for those of us w/o the GM reflash, hell...even good news for those that do because this can help tune your car more depending on the modifications.

From what I read on HP's site... the RL software may not be out at the same time as the Cobalt... might be a week or two longer... I didn't want to post it yet, but I guess now is a good time...

I hope not much longer...why is it a different program?

I'm guessing if the guy from Indiana with the Cobalt is busy I might go up there because Scott emailed me asking if I am busy in the evenings. Intense is just over an hour away from me.

Not sure. I know there are some differences in the computers and so forth, nothing major, but I could understand if it's enough to take a week or a month longer...

I think a month is too long. Hell, some people have had their Redlines since 04 and its just NOW becoming available. I really hope its two weeks tops. I can only imagine how you guys felt that waited around for the GM Stage kits, I would have been choking someone.

Hey spooner...is this possibly wrong? I was reading through the HPTuners forum and Chris from there got mixed up. He though they were going to put the 06s on the 2.1.11 version instead of the 2.1.10. Then someone pointed out that it was for the 2.4L SS's. I wrote them asking if they were releasing the program if it will be for both cars and he wrote back saying it will be soon, thats it.

Wait, as I am writing this he just wrote back and said it should hopefully be on the 2.1.10 version because I asked which one it is going to be on. WE MIGHT BE IN LUCK!

Yea, I refrained from posting anything due to their uncertainty. I just figuered I'd throw it out there so people wouldn't head over there demanding it be released at the same time as the Cobalt!

It's gonna take weeks to get the stuff together for tuning anyway... I need a wideband, lots of dyno time...

I'm not worried for a wideband, I'm just going to see if Intense can take care of everything up there. I don't think they have a dyno but there is a place close by that they use.
