Angry ill lean????

so i got all the updates (cam shaFT seal ext crank update, etc) and the next day ses throws a lean code ?!?!?!? NEVER has it done that i took it back asnd the tech said that the intake thing i made for it is doing it and i am lall like nah i ve had that on since novemeber and it didnt shoo that code till u did that update! anyone has any suggestions

I think if you search on here, if you're not doing it already, there are a few cases of similar things happening with the intake mod. I believe it had something to do with the MAF sensor getting knocked outta place. Which could prety easily happen with all the stuff they have to get at.

mine was from a loose vacuum line from the cam cover to below the maf sensor. put it on right light never came back

ok still getting lean codes every since i did that mod of moving the by pass valve. anyone else get this code when doing that mod?

Put it back, it dosen't do shit, that's number 1.

Number 2, check every hose that you touched, and check your MAF.

Not only performance, but if you run it lean enough you can have SERIOUS engine issues. It could be that the sensor is wrong, and not reading the air right. It's not the light that controls the engine, its the engine management system that controls the light.

its not unplugged it pushed down that guy with the gtp said he did it i have put it back about 2 weeks ago but every now and then when i am stopped after driving a while it turns on only when stopped never while in motion
