can anyone give me a suggestion on the most power increase from a header down pipe combo and the exaust system any recommendations want alot of horsepower..

if you are looking for just hp go with a 3" catless dp(try zzp) to a 3 inch exhaust(vibrant,thermal,cti) then select a nice ceramic coated header.(ceramic keeps in heat for more power).

What are you current (or planned) mods and now many HP do you expect ? What quality and sound do you expect ?

i have 60 s and i have a 2.8 aem intake hurst short shifter i was thinkin of the zzp long header downpipe combo 3 inch and 3inch dp and the vibrant 3 inch exhaust

It will be fine only when you'll get it tuned again for those bigger exhaust parts.

are there any dual exhaust kits for a 2004 ion redline? i see pictures of them occasionally, but no description of where to get them...

There are none, they are all custom made.
