ClutchMaster Problems(Have they been fixed) ???

I NEED HELP HERE!!!I Was wondering if ClutchMaster fixed the problem with the fx300 clutch I bought one on august 9 2006. The reason why I am asking is becasue about a week back I had tranny issues in my car(Stock clutch&flywheel)And dealer's end result was to put a new tranny. My clutch was kind of bad so I deside to go with findaza flywheel and a Cm fx 300 (so new tranny, clutch&Flywheel) I got the car back about a week from today as soon as I rode the car the clutch needed to be step on all the way im talking about all the way down and then after riding for about a mile I Started to notice a grinding sound when I would decellerate in gears im talking about like a grinding metal to metal but only in decelleration.Took it back to the dealer and after a day of 2 they told me that the new tranny had a bulletin about a ballbearing and spring problem that needed to be fixed.Mechanic said that the clutch thing could be fix by bleeding it againe. What do u guys think Can it be the Clutch or can it be the tranny issue. Its a brand new tranny, clutch and flywheel thank god dealer did not blame it on the clutch and the tranny is comming down on their behalf.Help me out with What u guys think because if its the clutch I might be in time to send it back get a new one and not have to pay any labor Thanks team

ditto the search thing...fullthrottle has his car into Clutch Masters RIGHT NOW - they took the car to Whitefield Racing to pull the tranny/clutch and check everything out...FEW people know the Ecotec better than them, INCLUDING GM/Saturn.

Stay tuned for what he posts up about the results towards the end of this week...it's either a dealer install issue (ie tranny?) or the Clutches are going to be recalled/fixed. I've got my FX300 collecting dust right now too, waiting for definitive words one way or the other.
