Yesterday's thread concerning the dual pass...

I was reading through the LSJ buildbook and they did the dual pass on that.

If you go here to page 8 and look at pic 121, they used the left side of the intake manifold and took some sheet metal, used that as the inlet which taps into the lines of the system and then the stock inlet/outlet are turned into dual exits!

Maybe this would be a little easier...?

What is your work email? I have drawn diagrams, just can't get them up here because they're too large of a file and I can't get on putfile or anything while at work.

This links you to parts 1-4. It isn't completely accurate though because they never tested to see when the valves and pistons would actually go bad because they bought an LSJ block from GM and did a build up...unlike us who are just adding things one at a time. I have to say it is better than the 2.2L build book though!

My only problems are that I don't know where to get NPT fittings that damn large! I had enough trouble finding the proper ones to do a catch can this weekend!

Where did you get one from? I would suggest just taking a T-fitting and have the flow towards the intercooler split into two other hoses to go into the dual pass, then have two hoses come from the outlets back to another T-fitting so then they flow back into one hose to head back to the heat exchanger.
