Just buy the parts yourself and buy a buddy a 6-pack to do the TIG welding and you will be saving at least $200. Luckily, my buddy does TIG for me, builds roll cages, custom intercoolers, a real good friend to have!

I'm just going to make my own end plate aswell. I just got the serge tank and cap today. Right now I'm looking for the 3/4" Y adadptors but can't find any metal ones, only plastic. Probably should use metal ones right? I've checked a couple autoparts stores and a hardware store.

Here's a question for those guys who've fabricated their own stuff up: Do you need the y-pipe if you're running both the stock and front mounted HE's?

You would need a Y pipe to connect the flow at some point. The question does bring up and interesting thought though... would you want to run the outlets from the endplate to seperate heat exchangers? I would think only in a "double stack" situation like 2 cobras in a row, but it would ultimatly meet back together before the pump. So at least in my situation, running the stock and cobra, I'll be Y-ing it just after it exits the endplate so it is running together before it hits the 1st H/E.

Dude, once you find a way to get at those bottom intake manifold bolts, they're not that hard, they're just really hard to get at, and I takes forever to get them off, because everytime you turn the bolts you can get MAYBE 1/32 of a turn if you get the wrench right.
