Correcto.

However our lash adjusters are stationary. Once set they shouldn't be moving.

You lose a little bit of lift also. I'm shure it will be fine...

The lash adjusters will take up 4mm of lash before lift is lost (collapsing lash adjuster). Stock they take up 1mm. (gives a leeway of 3mm over stock)

I may not be 100% accurate, its been a while since I did the math behind it, I honestly can't remember where I got those numbers.

Here's an email I got in reference to stock LSJ cam blanks.

The 2006 L61 intake and LSJ intake and exhaust cams are the same casting. They are are the same profiles, but at different timings. However, the LSJ cam sensor is driven with a hex bushing pressed into the rear of the exhaust cam. In order to operate properly, the production LSJ cam sensor requires a cam which has a hex bushing pressed into the exhaust camshaft with the exact orientation in angularity to the cam.
The 2006MY L61 timings are 116 intake, -103 exhaust. The LSJ timings are 100 intake, -115 exhaust.

I'm not extremely worried about it, I just feel like a nice new set would be a better option.

I actually am extremely worried about it. A new set would be awesome, and I may look at that if they ever are offered. I just couldn't take living with the stock cams anymore.

I sent and recieved an email to GM about those comp cams used in the 300hp build book as well. They stated that the cams blanks were a one off that were sent to Comp and weren't sure if they would offer them in the future.

The first part of your email says Comp has them, they they state you have to have a different exhaust cam.

I've been trying to buy cams for about a 2 weeks now but COMP WILL NOT regrind a cam and I can't find anywhere around here that will and after that email I'm still not sure whether these will "just work" and being a student and working I can't afford to get a set of useless cams ground down. I have an extra set of stock cams in my garage that I just wanna give to someone but after talking to COMP so many times the guy scared the crap out of me with his explination of why not to grind down the base circle to get the cam you want of an already ground cam.
