HCI Magazine

HCI Magazine (Hot compact and Imports)

Seen this last night in the magazine section. They actually had an article on the Ion Redline. Will step by step instructions on how to change the springs. So for all those asking for information on how to do this you might seek out a copy of HCI for July 2005.

those springs are not for the RL, I called when i first got the mag, they used QC springs and the guys at Eibach were not happy at all.

Everyone on here who has lowered their RL used regular QC springs.

As of right now, there are no springs specific to the RL.

Thats probably because they were going to try and make red line specific and mark the price up about another $100 stupid company

The engineer got on the phone and was telling me that these springs were not designed to fit the redlines, that they were working on one and that one would be engineered to improve the RLs handling responce yadda yadda....maybe he was right maybe not, but i did think that our stuff was very different from the QC.
