2004 BLUE Ion Redline

All you need in life is two things: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.

Installed: K&N CAI, B&M shifter, IRotor cross drill rotors, Hawk pads, Vector 940 (soon hardwired)
Next up: CTI over axle bend with magnaflow

dunno mate. I'm just learning this stuff myself, I just wanted to read about it.

does anyone else have experience with it?

It will fit but you will need to have a 2" extention welded on to the end. The cobalt exhausts are shorter then the RL.

so ur sayin would have to weld a another 2in to the tip? um...ok... if its already do a 4in tip on do it make more sense to add the 2in some where else on the piping? like b4 or after the muffle/resinsator??? i know i spelled it wrong of well

You could add the extra 2" any where after the muffler, so you could cut the tip and then add 2" to the muffler and reattach the tip. You will also need to relocate 2 hangers for the exhaust.
