Arrow I got my down pipe today!(pictures)

it looks amazing. heres the thing. i was taking off my stock one and i had a problem. the nuts were very rusted.. so i bought some PB blaster and it worked perfect. i got all the nuts off but ONE! i tried taking it off for the last 5 hours. and please dont think im a liar. it really has been 5 hours. ive got cuts all over my hands back, and the nut is stiped now.. since my stock DP was broken anyways i just riped it off to make a little more room. and i still couldnt get the damn thing off. im going to buy a rounded bolt remover tommorow.
here are some pictures of it what im talking about.

this is why i had to change it in the first place. THE HUGE HOLE!!

this is looking at the manifold where the cat is supposed to be.
and as you can see the flange is still connected beacuse i riped the pipe off.

New ZZP pipe on left. riped off old on right

hopefully its not sitting here to much longer...

Get yourself a mapp gas torch (should be under $40) and it will come right off after heating for 2 minutes

well after 9 hours of pain and hell it's done. i got a set of bolt spliters and that didnt do the trick but then i also got some rounded nut removers and i got it off in a matter of seconds. they look like flowers but they work wonders. i got the new ZZP DP on now and the difference is awsome! it drives so much smoother and quieter not to mention the instant differance in power!
