Cool Sickening clutch problem

well i have installed my new spec clutch with matching flywheel, and it is sickening to say that i ran slower at the track then with my stock clutch that was slipping through all 3 gears. well im having a problem where my transmission wont go into second or third when im racing. i have bled the actuator 3 time and im pretty sure that there is no air in the line. and i have to press the clutch all the way to the floorboard to get it in gear. well if you guys have any suggestions on what i can do let me know. thanx.

how long after you got it installed did you take it to the track and/or ran it hard?

i have 600 miles on the clutch and took it to the track last night. and i havent ran it hard because i wanted no problems from the clutch itself. but once i got to like 550miles i kinda ran it through all the gears hard but its grinding in 2nd and 3rd. and i have the clutch pedal all the way to the floorboard.

ok good, ur smart. your suppose to let it break in for about 500 miles before you run a new clutch hard...

did you change the slave cylinder with the clutch? maybe your cycros are bad. I had a problem like this when i put in my exedy it would grind from first to second and i couldnt figure out why then one day i did a secoond gear burn out from a dead stop and it just stopped after that and its been a couple of months now. Im not telling you to do that but just give it a little more time maybe 1k miles.

spec has issues with flywheels, as in they suck when it comes to tolerances,

drive it around and hope after it gets some wear you'll be good, if it doesn't get better then you might have to take it out
