sounds like people bought stage 2 kits from someone for cheap and they must be stolen or something like that.

Whats the big deal? I too recieved the email. The email is concerning a person in the US was stealing Stage 2 kits and selling them on ebay for real cheap. They dont want the kits back or anything, just information on wether or not you recieved the kit from said individual for prosecution purposes.
I already emailed back my information to the sheriffs dept. that contacted me. There were over 200 email addy's on mine. I am in Canada so its pretty interesting to have recieved the info.
