Do you have an exhaust leak? also you said the MAF is clean Did you clean it or does it just look clean? also try cleaning your throttle body.

In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure The proprt fuel pressure thisng is the last thing id check.

if you have a k and n intake and everything is clean and no leak's with good fuel pressure. its the MAF fail frequency.. with this intake the MAF goes outta the 12k range when WOT.. so retune your car if possible.. raise the MAF fail frequency level to 15k..

give us some more info.

do you have the K+n drop in?

aem?

k+n CAI?

i would get that code along with limp mode with my k+n drop in.

it was accociated with free reving the engine or a burn out.

once i went AEM, and stopped needlessly reving, no problems at all.
