Question Best Bang For The Buck???

I am thinking of keeping and modding my car as opposed to selling and buying a new car...i have had alot of bad luck with the last two car's i ordered

My car is 100% bone stock and i am only covered until 1/09 so i do not have to go GM Stage 2 but was thinking more like Harrop TVS HTV1320-LSJ

I want to keep the car as stock looking as possiable so no crazy stuff or loud exhaust systems just easy bolt-on's that work best

I know i would need 42-60 pound injectors and a hp tuners tweek but who has a combo that is safe and fast

Also are there any speed shop's around long island that work on these 2.0 LSJ motors

Please let me know what you guy's think is the best way to go on this car

Thanks Danny.

the safest is to get one of the gm stage kits. just get the stage II and stage III use a 50 shot of nitrous, you should be close to 300WHP

stage II is about $600
stage III is about $625
nitrous kit starts at $500
you will want to invest in a header $250-$900

that is the safest way. its all gm performance.

There is so much added complexity with a turbo swap that the two cannot be compared for the price.

The harrop is buy it and take your old blower off and put this one on.

It doesn't get easier than that.

You can get the same power out of the TVS that you can out of a turbo any normal person would put on this car. With a better torque curve I might add.

yes they are on sale...and you will find the limits of the motor before you find the limits to the TVS.
