Negative the owner was running with the big boys here are a few of his mods

HTV 1320
Ported LSJ head with Ferrea valve springs and retainers and GM oversized valves (1mm bigger).
Stage 2 Axles roughly 300 miles on em.

Vibrant true longtube header and 3" with 2.5 out DP $COMETIC HEAD GASKET 86mm bore-
ARP headstuds
60 lb injectors and thats all i can think of

You'll need:
Return style fuel pump
60lb injectors
Cooling (HE / Meth)
HPTuners

And yeah, that looks like a tiny ass pulley on there. I'd see if he had the rest available.

Cooling is not necessary at all and when you switch to a return style you don't need 60's. You can keep the 42 lb Stage kit injectors.
