On the other side of the solenoid? You see boost? Not the line from the vaccum, but the one from the solenoid to the canister??

The best part about the way I did it is your car operates exactly as it would from the factory till you hold the pedal to the floor. Then it makes sure the boost soleniod can't lower the pressure in the supercharger, by grounding out the control wire that would normally open the soleniod.

The mod is independent of pulley size. It's just that it might only be effective with a smaller pulley ....

I don't care for the idea of pulling and clamping vacuum lines. Once you understand how the boost bypass system works you will see that just disabling the boost soleniod does the same thing and lets you operate normally under regular situations. We accomplish the same end.

I had disabled my boost solenoid but it quickly went into reduced power mode on my 2nd WOT run. No problems with yours?

well not yet, but I am still waiting on the 3.25 inch pulley. I am on like my 10th+ WOT run Maybe I will get smacked down once I put on the smaller pulley.

When you disabled your soleniod did you have it disabled all the time or just under WOT. Maybe disabled at WOT only might make a difference.

Hurry up USPS! (for the pulley)

so you've made this mod with the stock pulley in place??

do you think it has made any noticeable or significant improvements?

nothing worth messing with without smaller pulleys. Trust me I have been up and down all these avenues.
